Health Clinic

Overview

The clinic is "a nonprofit group of volunteers, including doctors and other medical professionals, to provide affordable medical care for uninsured and low-income adults." Leadership is provided by Dr. Muzakeer Shaik, with monthly Saturday sessions.

Patient Requirements

• Arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork
• Bring photo ID and current medication list
• Walk-ins accepted; appointments preferred
• Low-cost lab work available (only fee charged)
